German Centre Delhi.Gurgaon – a joint enterprise of BayernLB and LBBW

The German Centre Delhi.Gurgaon is fifty percent owned by BayernLB and fifty percent owned by Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW). Both state banks have established the German Centre for Industry and Trade Holding-GmbH (GC India Holding-GmbH) to build a German Centre in India. The management of the GC India Holding-GmbH is composed of one representative each from BayernLB and LBBW.

In June 2008, the German Centre India Holding-GmbH set up the German Centre for Industry and Trade Delhi Private Limited in order to operate the German Centre directly in India.

BayernLB and LBBW, members of German Savings Banks Financial Group (Sparkassen Finanzgruppe), have accompanied small and medium-sized German enterprises into growth markets for years. While BayernLB operates the German Centre Shanghai, the German Centres in Beijing, Mexico City, Singapore, and the brand new German Centre Moscow, belong to LBBW.
