German Centres worldwide – local bases in important growth markets The idea of the German Centres – also called German Centres for Industry and Trade (DIHZ) – has been developed mutually by industry, politics, and banks based on practical experience. For the first time, the concept was implemented in Singapore in 1995. Meanwhile, the network with its newest member, the German Centre Moscow , has grown to include seven sites in Beijing, Delhi.Gurgaon, Jakarta, Mexico City, Moscow, Shanghai and Singapore. Until today, the German Centres have assisted more than 1,800 companies to enter difficult growth markets.
The German Centres pool together the resources of German foreign trade promotion through the leading business and trade associations, such as the German Chamber of Commerce Abroad (DIHK), Federation of German Industries (BDI), and German Engineering Foundation (VDMA), as well as with federal and state ministries.
The tenants in the German Centres enjoy favourable conditions in the entire German Centre network when taking advantage of designated services; for example, when renting conference rooms. Use the German Centres to build up your own company's office, as a temporary meeting point, or as a venue for events.
Visit the German Centres directly on the premises or by mouse click at their joint website at www.germancentre.com.
